Job Responsibilities- Financial Compliance: Prepare and file federal taxes and informative returns in accordance with current tax laws of Landis+Gyr AG and its subsidiaries.
- Tax Analysis and Recording: Assist in the analysis and recording of the company's operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monthly and Annual Reporting: Prepare and present monthly payments of estimated federal taxes, annual taxes, and monthly VAT refund requests to the tax authority.
- Compliance Review: Conduct compliance review regarding VAT certification, updates to the RFC, monthly review of positive opinions from suppliers, and analysis of VAT tax credit of foreign trade operations.
- CFDI Management: Reconcile monthly and annually CFDIs of payroll vs payment of estimated tax and vs accounting.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, including journal entries, working papers for external financial audit, and other tasks assigned by the Sr General Accountant and the Finance Director.
