Job Summary
As a Front Office Manager at Marriott International, Inc, you will be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves overseeing all front office functions, including guest arrival and departure procedures, and ensuring that the team is working efficiently to meet the needs of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures.
- Ensure that all front office staff are trained to provide exceptional guest service and are equipped to handle any guest complaints or issues.
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
