We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Salesloft team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success with our sales engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informative support
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical support role
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong desire to learn and help others in support
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience with time management between competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
