About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Salesloft team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success with our sales engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informative support
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong desire to learn and help others in support
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience with time management between competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
