As a Senior Technical Specialist at Donaldson, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support and guidance to our sales team, distribution network, and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to define and develop cutting-edge filtration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and Sales Representatives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Analyze technical data inputs from customers to propose innovative filtration solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Donaldson products and application resolution to provide expert technical assistance.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our filtration solutions.
- Develop recommendations to resolve dust, mist, and smoke contamination in customer processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate and propose solutions to dust, mist, and smoke contamination.
- Deliver seminars and training sessions to customers, distribution network, and potential customers and partners.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a strong foundation in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of the ACGIH manual is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
