- Troubleshoot and prioritize issues within the timekeeping systems, developing proactive monitoring to prevent system issues.
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to review major change requests and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and partner teams in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the support Manager as necessary.
- Demonstrate the ability to question and probe technical experts or third-party vendors to determine the best possible solution option.
- Proactively seek opportunities for efficiency improvements and partner with business to implement improvements in processes and systems.
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team.
- Any graduation degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resource, absence management, or timekeeping systems.
- Experience in supporting and configuring Workday is preferred.
