We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and adoption of cutting-edge TAVI therapies in assigned markets. As a Medical Therapy Innovations Specialist, you will design and execute awareness plans that align with our strategic priorities, ensuring sales objectives are met or exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans, incorporating strategies and activities tailored to the TAVI category.
  • Promote sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth within the TAVI category.
  • Craft engaging promotional materials, including brochures, samples, and grill focused on sales channels.
  • Nurture key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business relationships by meeting with existing and potential customers, identifying clinical needs, goals, and constraints.
  • Analyze key patient journeys and referral networks to develop effective strategies for TAVI therapies.
  • Foster strong relationships through therapy awareness activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observations, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
  • Enhance relationships with administrative hospital personnel, gaining insight into unique business dynamics and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Design educational programs to educate physicians on product merits and proper clinical usage.
  • Lead Field Clinical representatives in clinical training on TAVI and Sentinel therapies, guiding them through the certification process.
  • Analyze quarterly and monthly sales figures, developing action plans to help achieve annual sales goals.
  • Conduct market therapy analysis for TAVI, examining competitors, behavior patterns, prices, portfolio, pains, therapy tendencies, step-by-step techniques, clinical data, and objection management.
  • Identify new business opportunities by generating go-to-market segmentation, traveling to meet customer needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and demonstrating how our products can support their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Management team to evaluate business conditions, identify creative sources of information, and prepare reports analyzing data, projections, and relevant information.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or Admon.
  • Ease of travel at least 30% of the time nationwide.
  • Understanding of value generation within the Health Ecosystem.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Strong presence, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Desirable: Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, self-directed work style.

A Competitive Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
