Sales Professional for Private Healthcare

At Essity, we're seeking a seasoned sales expert to join our team as a Medical Sales Specialist. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others, leveraging a business administration background to drive sales growth in the private healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include developing profitable business with new and existing customers, building market knowledge, and reporting visits and activities using Essity's CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to GTM guidelines.
  • Monitor and adapt sales activities on a regular basis to meet objectives.
  • Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
  • Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Business administration background.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.
  • Experience with hospital visits.
  • Ability to train specialized medical staff.
