Therapy Development Specialist III TAVI Lead

About the Role
This position plays a key role in driving the adoption of TAVI therapies in assigned markets. As a specialist in cardiology interventions, the successful candidate will design and execute therapy awareness plans that align with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific's Interventional Cardiology division.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing plans for the TAVI category, ensuring effective implementation of strategies and activities.
- Ensure sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth for the TAVI category.
- Prepare and implement promotional materials, including brochures, samples, and product demonstrations tailored to specific sales channels.
- Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues impacting the use of company products through meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, determining where Boston Scientific therapies can provide a comprehensive healthcare solution.
- Develop strategies for TAVI therapies, from referral to primary care physicians, and identify key patient journey and referral network opportunities.
- Establish and enhance relationships through therapy awareness activities, routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observations, trade show participation, and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with administrative hospital personnel to gain knowledge on unique hospital business dynamics and identify key decision-makers.
- Design educational programs to educate physicians on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead field clinical representatives in clinical training on TAVI and Sentinel therapies, guiding them through the certification process.
- Develop action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports, identifying account needs, and discussing issues with the field salesforce to achieve annual sales goals.
- Conduct market therapy analysis for TAVI, including competitor behavior, prices, portfolio, pains, therapy tendencies, step-by-step techniques, clinical data, and objection management.
- Develop new accounts by generating go-to-market segmentation through travel, identifying customer needs, goals, and constraints, and discussing how company products can help achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management team to evaluate business conditions, identify creative sources of information, and prepare reports for Sales Management by analyzing and compiling data, projections, and other relevant information.
- Ensure HCP interaction processes align with BSCI compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 30% travel, nationwide.
- Understanding of value generation in the Health Ecosystem.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent presence, presentation, and communication skills.
- Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel, SalesForce, and Tableau (desired).
- Self-directed work style.
Preferred Qualifications
- Base in Mexico City.
- More than 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, FCS, Medical Device Training, or Pharma, with a focus on Interventional Cardiology (desired).
- Experience as a project leader (verifiable).
- Business acumen, understanding of P&L, and business value (desired).
