- Implement the production plan and ensure smooth operation of injection molding equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to acquire parts and tools necessary for production.
- Assist the production area in various projects and initiatives.
- Technician degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience (with more than 4 years working as a technician in molding areas).
- More than 3 years of experience handling maintenance of injection molding machinery and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of certification processes (ISO 90001, ISO 13485) and injection molding experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with various tools and equipment.
- Stable, discreet, dynamic, and a leader personality.
- English language proficiency (not necessary).
