Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global Business Services team in LATAM. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and executing all HR processes, initiatives, and day-to-day activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to execute short and long-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with the organization, while bringing technical knowledge and expertise, to support line managers and individuals in multiple HR areas.
  • Ensure alignment with HR policies and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and Organizational Development & Learning).
  • Coordinate talent management agenda in the organization through performance cycle, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
  • Provide advice and suggestions for cultural transformation initiatives to shape a strong organizational culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of working experience with a similar HR role with significant focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Partnering.
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in a global or multinational organization and function, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
  • English language fluency to partner with regional and global stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with the willingness to make decisions based on available data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
