Senior Sales Representative for LACROIX Environment Solutions

LACROIX is a leading industrial group that supports its customers in building and managing intelligent living ecosystems, using connected equipment and technologies. As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in developing sales by prospection, promotion, and prescription of LACROIX Environment solutions with a rigorous follow-up of the commercial action plan in the LATAM area and special focus on Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers and accounts
- Develop Channel Partner network
- Be responsible for sales in the whole LATAM area
- Systematically expand market position
- Maintain that LACROIX Environment Solutions are the preferred supplier
- Support sales projects and complex technical inquiries

Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Sales profile with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the LATAM region for solution-oriented technical sales and a strong business/sales development mindset. A technical or engineering degree with a specialty in electrical engineering, automation, and/or telecommunications is ideal. Experience with water and wastewater, smart grids, and/or energy management would be a plus. Fluency in English is required, and French or German as a third language would be an advantage. Full availability for regular travel in the other countries of the LATAM region, outside Mexico (30% time), and occasional travel to Europe is necessary.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will involve multiple interviews with our HR Development Manager, General Manager of LACROIX Sofrel Spain, Sofrel BU International Sales Director, and Sofrel BU HR Director. A personalized onboarding program will be provided upon joining the team.
