Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
