As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for supervising Customer Service, Pricing, and Product Creation staff to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Escalation point for expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.
* Drive alignment of business/organizational goals to the associate level.
* Promote effective and innovative problem solving and decision making.
* Motivate people & effectively build solid relationships with customers.
* Diffuse tension and act as escalation point for customer related issues

We're looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively with other teams and senior-level executives, and 5-7 years' experience in customer service preferably with a multi-national company.
