About the Role

The Sales Operations team at Uber is dedicated to supporting the company's GTM teams globally. Our mission is to provide strategic direction and reduce friction in the GTM process, enabling frontline teams to sell and service more efficiently and optimally.

This role will be a key part of building GTM strategies for Uber's fastest growing teams, focusing on Uber Health and Uber Transit. You will work closely with senior leadership to build sales strategies and operational processes, creating a roadmap for sales operations support and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute sales strategies and operational processes
  • Work cross-functionally to drive business growth and optimize sales performance
  • Conduct business performance reviews and gather data on US and international accounts
  • Own sales planning, quota planning, and other planning cadences
  • Influence and enforce rules of engagement across sales teams
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and build dashboards to communicate results
Requirements
  • 4+ years of strategy and operations experience with 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization and directly with senior sales leadership
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python to manage large sets of unstructured data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the US Healthcare industry and/or US Transit industry
  • Excellent analytical skills and intuition for business
  • Passion for framing business questions with data and translating business needs into strategies
