Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Gtn Technical Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead Inside Sales responsibilities by dealing with day-to-day business activities and different customer requests in the AMER-LATAM region.
• Proactively identify areas of upsell and help Sales team in closing the deals.
• Assist Sales Team in processing quotes, purchase orders & legal agreements.
• Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth flow of information between Finance, Sales, Logistic, Legal team and customers.
• Assist in organizing internal team meetings and quarterly Sales meetings.
• Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for your region.
• Update and maintain information in Salesforce related to all customer and partners in the assigned region.

Requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision.
• Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company.
• Written and verbal English language at business level.
• Spanish is a big plus.
• Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good level in Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to speak in front of stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
