Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst and Salesforce Specialist to join our team at Upwork. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Data Analysis & Visualization (50%):

You will write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases, develop pivot tables for data summarization, build and maintain Tableau dashboards for data visualization, perform VLOOKUPs and other data operations to support business needs.

Business Analysis & Testing (50%):

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, create process diagrams and workflow diagrams based on business requirements, run testing scripts, identify bugs, and ensure the quality of the final product, perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and data analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and testing.
  • Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other Excel functions.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in testing and quality assurance, particularly within Salesforce environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
