Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day department operations to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement timelines to achieve department targets and goals while maintaining accountability across the team.
- Mentor and train new team members on case production processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to successfully complete firm-wide and client-specific goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, teamwork, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate.
- Proven experience or skills in leading a team in a legal or professional services setting.
- Familiarity with case management systems and departmental processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and team activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.
