Leoni, a global leader in energy and data management, is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Sales Manager to join our team in Hermosillo. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the automotive sector.

As a Senior Customer Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance on competition, customers, and market development to support our account planning initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and verify new business opportunities, negotiate product changes with customers, and collect purchase orders for administration.

Your responsibilities will also include delivering strategic input for business planning, developing measures to improve margins, and negotiating these with customers. Additionally, you will support negotiation preparation and documentation for arbitration of customer volume/demand to optimize LEONI production costs. You will collect customer feedback and relevant data, and track the status of improvement measures internally.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and administer all relevant sales data in our systems, ensure timely cash collection from customers, and prepare offers for RFPs and RFQs. You will also represent the Sales department as a core team member in projects.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, advanced English skills, and proficiency in business knowledge, project management, and production process knowledge.
