Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as product and category expert to define our placement strategy and convince retailers to place and expand product assortment.
  • Manage product lines/portfolio and all related activities to drive operational efficiency and respond to market challenges.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies to drive both market growth and share.
  • Align with the Global Commercial Organization to ensure proper product positioning for the region, serving as the in-market product category expert.
  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory, working closely with sales operations and demand planning teams to develop product demand forecasts.
  • Gather market information, review regional competition, provide competitive information, and analyze all relevant sales and market data to identify opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Manage Product Life Cycle (NPI Planning, Price Modeling and ongoing strategy, Forecasting, Product Setup, Inventory Management, End of Life Management, and Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand, and Supply Planning Teams).

Requirements:

  • Exceptional quantitative skills to translate data points into business plans and profitable growth results.
  • Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evangelize products and strategies internally and externally.
  • Understanding of retail partners and channel strategy, preferably in the consumer electronics space.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong collaborative relationships and create informal cross-functional teams.
  • English fluency, both verbally and in writing, is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business, brand, and marketing strategy across the organization.
