Principal Sales Director

Main Responsibilities:
As a Master Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle, you will be responsible for leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations to large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Productivity and Innovation:
Develop and implement productivity tools and training programs for Sales Consultants to improve their performance and efficiency.
Customer Satisfaction:
Advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions, ensuring that their technical needs are met.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in sales and customer-facing roles.
