Job Title: Sales Director, Mexico

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Motivate and train the sales team to ensure continuous development and peak performance.
- Supervise National Sales Managers to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
