Job Title: Sales Director, Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Motivate and train the sales team to ensure continuous development and peak performance.
  • Supervise National Sales Managers to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
