Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to program participants, clients, and internal teammates.
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Learn the sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, needs assessments, proposal reviews, and client onboarding.
  • Prepare, compile, and track Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and competitive bids.
  • Participate in client discovery and needs assessment calls with clients.
  • Input and update internal systems after client calls.
  • Participate in proposal review with clients and internal teammates.
  • Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the sales team, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Complete other general administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to adding value.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Interest in global education with a basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages spoken, and currencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree Desired.
