This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to support our sales operations by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to program participants, clients, and internal teammates.
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
  • Leverage our sales process from beginning to end: prospecting, lead generation, needs assessments, proposal reviews, winning programs, and transitioning them to account managers.
  • Prepare, compile, and track Request for Proposals (RFPs) and competitive bids, ensuring on-time submissions.
  • Collaborate with sales partners on client discovery and needs assessment calls.
  • Input and update internal systems after client interactions.
  • Participate in proposal review sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Support the creation of accurate and timely invoices for clients.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the sales team, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry projects.
  • Fulfill other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, actively seeking ways to add value.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidentiality.
  • High motivation and eagerness to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and working under pressure.
  • Interest in global education with basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages, and currencies.
  • Bachelor's Degree Desired.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on qualifications and location.
