Technical Support Specialist for Enterprise Customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems through web portal, live sessions, and telephone.
- Document all technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with global support colleagues, security services, sales, operations, and administration to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist with at least 3-5 years' experience in Technical Support or a similar role in a software company. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing world-class service.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

- Experience working with Linux or Unix Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Opportunity to work independently and as part of a domestic and international team.
