About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our MAXIMO system.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the system, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve its performance. You will work closely with our project leader and regional IT leaders to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and troubleshoot incidents/issues under SLA

  • Coordinate deliveries with developers, testers, and key users
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders for support issues and changes

Requirements
