Opportunity for a Help Desk Solutions Expert

We are seeking an exceptional individual to work as a Help Desk Solutions Expert, supporting one of our clients.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the overall enterprise-wide performance effectiveness and efficiency of end user computing devices. The successful candidate will manage the technology lifecycle, facilitating the installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware and software in an IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to end users by effectively resolving incidents related to Desktops, Laptops, Mobile, iOS, MAC, Windows Operating Systems, and other IT-related issues.
  • Evaluate customer requests and propose plans based on discussions with stakeholders. Resolve elevated tickets through investigation and identification of fixes, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Perform proactive analysis on repetitive issues, undertaking problem diagnoses, correction, and escalated support of OSD technologies across the organization.
  • Be accountable for change release planning and implementation, considering risk and impact to the environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Solutions Expert in an enterprise company.
  • Depth knowledge of iOS/MAC and Windows devices.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and optimization of hardware and software in an IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Desktop technologies, including Citrix XenDesktop, Zoom, and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • An intermediate to advanced level of English language proficiency.
