Job Description
The Technical Solutions Expert will work closely with Sales Representatives to deliver technical information to customers online and via virtual meetings. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of web technologies and SaaS applications.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of related experience and 3+ years of software pre-sales experience
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
