Your Role in the Team
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-customer support, field engineering support, and supporting stores on-site. Your typical day will involve working effectively with clients in various areas and technical requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Industrial engineering or related degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in support PC's
- Enterprising and committed to success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English (50% written and spoken)
- Excellent spelling
- Analytic to resolve problems
Preferred Skills
- Excellent handling of Excel (Pivots, financial formulas)
- Preferably with some project certification
