About the Role
Molex is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving processes and training within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Transformation Agent, Super User / Tester, or Trainer, providing input into design decisions and localization fit/gap assessments.
- Drive identification of solution and business process gaps during localization, developing gap closure and mitigation plans.
- Represent division, local, regional, and functional requirements and knowledge.
- Address function-specific issues, risks, change requests escalated from process lead.
- Provide input into training material development.
- Support development and finalization of requirements for solution enhancements, as required.
- Offer thought leadership and vision to project teams.
- Ensure adequate resources are provided to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- English proficient speaking.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Fusion trainings content.
