Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  2. Manage and resolve service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support.
  5. Continuously improve our support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
