We are seeking an exceptional Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Manage and resolve service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support.
- Continuously improve our support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
