Position Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch technical support to our employees. This role will be responsible for managing various IT-related services and processes across the company, including mobile device management, device trust, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via Slack and Zoom
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
- Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning, laptop provisioning and deprovisioning, and mobile device management
- Train users on helpdesk processes, including IT and security policies and practices
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Zoom, as well as endpoint security solutions
- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
