Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Management professional to join our team at Hsbc. As a Client Management professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our wholesale clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist wholesale clients with their daily queries regarding Global Payments Solutions (GPS) solutions.
- Identify cross-sales opportunities and provide solutions to customers' operational queries.
- Maintain and/or exceed customers' level of satisfaction, resulting in an increase of GPS business.
- Provide different types of solutions to customers' operational queries.
- Be a point of contact and trusted adviser over Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in Client Service - Desired.
- English as a second language - Advanced level.
- Internal systems knowledge: Hogan, Leap, Connect - Desired.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and proactivity.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
