Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing financial guidance and support to Citi business units, focusing on Balance Sheet Management and risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain in-depth analysis of balance sheet usage and efficiency, hedging strategies, and net interest margin/returns optimization.
- Support the Cluster Treasurers in managing country ALCOs, driving balance sheet efficiency, and prudent management of Treasury key topics: Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Capital Management.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance and Treasury organization to implement Citi Treasury policies and balance sheet strategies.
- Participate in Global ALCO Standard Working Groups and lead the implementation and deployment of solutions in the Region.
- 5-8+ years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
