About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our Ecosystem Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Red Hat's alliance sales efforts with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Red Hat's alliances sales strategy with strategic partners in Mexico.
  • Manage relationships with Global System Integrators and other strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships to support Red Hat's business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide sales enablement and training to partners to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in alliances sales, channel sales, and sales management.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Red Hat products and services.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
