About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Life Sciences & Health team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing subscriber base, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing subscriber base through renewals and grow revenues from within existing accounts.
  • Identify potential new customers and grow revenue in new accounts.
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and other support functions to devise overall strategy for each assigned key account.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Clarivate's products and services, and stay up-to-date with organizational campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for identifying training and developmental needs, and report back from customer training sessions.
  • Maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms.
Requirements
  • Native domain of Spanish and business proficiency level in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience selling services, technology, and information solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.
  • Commercial awareness and technical appreciation of the life science market sectors.
  • Experience working in or for the local and multinational pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both small and large groups.
  • Knowledge and understanding of drug development life cycle, CI monitoring, Regulatory and IP needs, generic lifecycle.
  • Commercial acumen, with a proactive and creative approach to looking after customer needs and concerns.
  • Knowledge of the information market in healthcare.
