About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Global Support Team at Epicor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Interact with customers to perform complex testing, support, and troubleshooting technical functions remotely.
- Ensure Service Quality levels are maintained and adhered to, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Review outstanding issues, ensuring customers are kept informed of progress and resolution.
- Attend relevant product training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and product features.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Service-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product features.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Systems, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain-related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in meeting business needs with technology solutions.
- ERP knowledge and experience highly advantageous.
- Minimum of three years related experience, with a strong track record of success in a technical support role.
