Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Advocate to join our team at Boldr. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide accurate and complete information, ensuring a high level of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Escalate issues to internal and external teams as necessary to meet customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Curious and authentic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An analytical and critical thinker, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
