We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Leadership and Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and expansion of the Mine Siemens LD portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies and sales objectives within the geographical area that are consistent with the regional direction.
- Effectively manage resources within annual operating plan and approved expense budgets.
- Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business Siemens LD.
- Ensure adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools.
- Drive performance-driven culture by setting smart goals, track performance regularly, give open & honest feedback, and provide relevant reward & recognition.
- Maintain a high level of staff competence, team spirit, and well-being through continuous evaluation, training, and motivation.
