We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Sales Leadership and Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and expansion of the Mine Siemens LD portfolio in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies and sales objectives within the geographical area that are consistent with the regional direction.
  • Effectively manage resources within annual operating plan and approved expense budgets.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business Siemens LD.
  • Ensure adequate reporting and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools.
  • Drive performance-driven culture by setting smart goals, track performance regularly, give open & honest feedback, and provide relevant reward & recognition.
