About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Birdman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through aggressive prospecting of new customers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather valuable feedback and insights from customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling customer complaints or objections to secure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
