The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing top talent into the organization, utilizing a range of strategies to attract and retain the best candidates. This includes demand planning, internal consulting, marketing research and sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, assessment and selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must be able to build strong relationships, anticipate and react to needs in a timely manner, and be proficient in industry Human Resources standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Advanced knowledge of social media and internet sourcing processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
