Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Advanced knowledge of social media and internet sourcing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Career planning, development, and growth opportunities
- $30,000.00 monthly salary, plus legal benefits
- Full-time position with a 10-hour workday
- Education: Bachelor's degree (desired)
