**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchant Onboarding Representative to join our team at Global Payments (Beamery). As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operational management of membership maintenance services, including registrations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Management of outbound calls to clients to collect information to support procedures.
  • Reception and control of support documents.
  • Review of supporting documents for each type of service requested.
  • Capture of procedures (registrations, cancellations, and changes) in the operational management system.
  • Update and daily control of services in process.
  • Issuance of productivity reports.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

  • Handling administrative outbound calls (client requirements).
  • Knowledge of the acquiring business in processes related to the operation, including clarifications, affiliation, service charges, technical support, fraud prevention, risk, etc.
  • Basic level of Excel.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • High school, technical, or higher career.
