About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional skills? Do you have a passion for business and technology? We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Product Manager for Selection in Latam marketplaces (Brazil and Mexico) to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. - D44.

This role requires a leader who can drive business growth and define innovative ways to use technology to tackle tough problems at scale. As a key member of our team, you will have high leadership visibility and manage multiple stakeholders across the globe. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a roadmap to increase our selection by offering the widest selection in LatAm with the best experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze local and international categories to identify selection gaps and lead selection strategy for 3P and initiatives in collaboration with sales teams for Brazil and Mexico.
2. Develop and execute an innovative selection roadmap, measuring performance and identifying key success drivers.
3. Lead the 3P selection as the functional leader of the topic, supporting two Selection PMs focused on building new solutions.
4. Measure the impact of actions taken and refine plans to optimize performance.
5. Manage and influence multiple international stakeholders, including business, product, marketing, operations, legal, and leadership team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance, or qualitative/quantitative research.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
