About M2Consulting: We are a dynamic consulting firm based in Taiwan, with extensive experience in iGaming content development. We're now expanding our presence in the exciting LATAM market and seeking a seasoned professional to lead this ambitious venture.
Salary: $37,500 per month (approximately $450,000 per year), plus 2% commission on all new business, and a 13th-month salary bonus.
Job Responsibilities: As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in LATAM, forging strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, spearheading negotiations and contracts, and collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators.
- A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector.
- A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus.
- A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
- Strong self-management and reporting skills.
- A positive, honest attitude that fits the open company culture.
Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $37,500 per month, plus commission and bonuses. The role is fully remote from LATAM, allowing you to work from anywhere while still contributing to our team's success.
