Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

ClinicGrower is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in medical and dental practices. Our goal is to connect them with new patients in their community and generate leads, appointments, and sales.
We are an essential part of their overall business strategy, delivering results and helping grow these practices to new levels. As a result, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team.
This role involves creating and managing end-to-end ad campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads. You will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and tracking ad performance, as well as analyzing data to make informed decisions.
As a successful Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will have experience in generating local business leads on Search, Facebook, and Instagram, or Google Ads. You must be passionate about analyzing data to optimize ad performance and beat KPIs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media ads, landing pages, funnels, and automation software.
- Setting up and managing ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Creating ads using best practices and providing expertise in copywriting, image selection, video inclusion, headline selection, and other elements that drive success ad creation and ad performance.
- Monitoring ad campaigns and paying close attention to details such as Cost Per Lead (CPL). Maintaining budgets and monitoring ad spend.
- Integrating follow-up systems into ad campaigns using Zapier and HighLevel (GrowthXpress).
- Generating leads for medical and dental clients using ads and funnels.
- Testing variables of copy, images, video, and landing pages to optimize results.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimizing results with A/B tests, ad optimization, and funnel optimization.
- Reporting + Analytics: Compiling and analyzing all the data from ad campaigns with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Research: Always being on the lookout for ways to improve services and processes, especially related to efficient and effective lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including remote work options, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
