Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Service Agent at Unity Communications, you will be part of a team that provides award-winning customer service in a dynamic company environment.
In this role, you will be the key differentiator between an average customer experience and an excellent one. From answering customer questions efficiently and resolving issues with compassion to consulting on service offerings, you are responsible for delivering memorable experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist customers with account setup, password reset, and other requests
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency when troubleshooting customer problems
• Support customers in setting up and managing their accounts and taking online exams
• Enter and manage customer information in CRM system
• Record and update complaints log
• Help develop knowledge base to help customers navigate product
• Identify leads and close sales
• Collaborate with internal sales team to pass along leads
**Requirements:**
• Experience in customer service (at least two years)
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as SalesForce (a plus)
• Good research skills and ability to summarize large information
• Ability to empathize with clients, identify sales opportunities, and present the advantages of the client's products
• Willingness to learn about the client's service offerings
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to speak Spanish (a plus)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaboration virtually and in an office setting
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Ability to self-direct and self-motivate
• Reliability and a passion for excellence
