Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Designer

Transforming Information into Intelligence
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.
You will work as a key member of the IP Development Group at Micron Mexico Design Center, focusing on the development and design of analog and mixed signal circuits for DRAM-related memory products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects at Micron
- Collaborating with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of designed circuits
- Working with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design circuits for Micron's next leading-edge process node
- Providing layout supervision and optimizing layout throughout post-layout simulations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in analog IC design, including regulator, charge pump, oscillator, and current reference designs
- Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the memory industry, preferably with flash or DRAM
- Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers
Education
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 10 years of experience.
