About the Role:

This role involves managing all aspects related to salary payments, including calculating hours worked, deductions, taxes, and benefits of the WFM Project, working closely with HR and Policy & Process.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing: Support payroll process with key business leads.
  2. Time and Attendance Tracking: Supervise and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, as well as absences and leaves.
  3. Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all payroll-related activities.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports and analyses on labor costs, payroll trends, and other relevant data for managerial decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or HR environment.
  • Ability to perform accurate calculations and analyze payroll-related data.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in a deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and managers.
