Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Epson America, Inc. as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management
    • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Communicate with customers, sales teams, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or exceptions.
    • Process orders within required periods, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with credit department to resolve credits, debits, and credit holds.
    • Work closely with carriers to identify and resolve delivery issues.
  • Back Order Management
    • Monitor and manage back orders, ensuring timely delivery of products.
    • Check order fulfillment prior to delivery to ensure accurate allocation of products.
    • Work with inventory planners to determine when reworks or inbounds are available.
    • Release back orders to warehouse on a scheduled basis.
  • Customer Management
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Complete customer reports, such as product ETAs and order ETAs, to meet customer deadlines.
  • Account Management
    • Update and maintain customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Research and provide credits and debits to customers.
    • Process RMAs and provide them to customers.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience.
    • Experience
      • Requires experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years).
    • Skills
      • Advanced English language skills.
      • SAP knowledge.
      • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Travel
      • Local travel, less than 10%.
