Key Responsibilities:

- Manages and oversees the balance sheet, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Participates in risk management activities, including liquidity and interest rate risk, capital planning, and rating agency relationships.
- Supervises a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate financial planning and analysis with business objectives.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in financial management, risk management, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience with process automation and data analytics.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
