Western Digital Capital is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asia Logistics Operation, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our company's logistics operation application system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient code for our logistics operation application system.
  • Participate in system design decisions and collaborate with logistics business analysts and business partners to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct and facilitate UAT and augment test scenarios to successfully test solutions and implement operational processes.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce defects and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Implement global distribution and transportation best practices, including continued expansion of the Accelerated Digital Logistics, visibility and automation programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in logistics operation application system implementation and support.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
